There is an abundance of text editors out there, making choosing one for your specific needs quite a difficult task at times. Whether you only seek one that features a simpler demeanor, or one that is more complex in nature. Super Text tends to lean on the former category.

This text editor provides a quite simple package, which allows you to address basic and more advanced text input and formatting aspects, and features real-time Markup support, which can really help with syntax efficiency. Simple, clean design, which carries just the essentials in terms of text input and formatting

Super Text carries a minimalist design, which I found to accentuate accessibility and efficiency; however, there are some missing elements, and some of the first that came to my attention were Wordwrap, and different paragraph and line options.

Their absence might not be such a major gripe, and in terms of input and formatting tools, the app carries just the essentials, pertaining to text size, casing, orientation, colorization, and more. However, if you’re looking for a more established feature set, this will not be enough. Decent selection of tools, which is sufficient for simpler tasks, but might not be enough for more demanding requirements

As stated above, the editor is quite minimalist in its approach, and if you’re expecting to put it to good use for more advanced tasks, it might fall short. However, I was pleased to see it carry Markdown support, with syntax implementation, which can improve things as far as formatting efficiency is concerned, allowing you to perform text string changes on the fly. Plain text editor that covers basic areas in terms of functionality and versatility, offering a straightforward package

This simple text editor can be the right choice for you if you value simplicity, with its compact design and only the basics in terms of text handling features. It does carry Markdown support, which is a plus, but we would not recommend it to more complex writing endeavors.
